The Teen classes are offered for the recreational student who is taking dance for fun and exercise. These classes, like all our classes, are taught by our professional staff, but in a more relaxed setting than our leveled classes. If your child has been taking dance for several years, they can move up to Leveled classes with Director’s Approval.
Ballet is a classical dance form incorporating grace and precision and employing formalized steps and gestures set in intricate flowing patterns to create expression through movement.
Lyrical class focuses on balance, strength, and flexibility. Classes include a warm-up with combinations in the center and across the floor. Students concentrate on the words and emotions of the music to improve their overall performance.
