Our Leveled Tap classes are designed for dedicated dancers who are ready to refine their technique, develop rhythmic precision, and build confidence as performers. These engaging classes focus on proper tap technique, including timing, coordination, clarity of sounds, musicality, footwork, and rhythmic complexity.
Dancers will explore a variety of tap styles while learning challenging combinations that strengthen rhythm, speed, control, and performance quality. Classes emphasize strong technical foundations, listening skills, body awareness, and the ability to create clean, articulate sounds in a positive and motivating environment.
Placement in our Leveled Tap program is based on instructor evaluation and director approval to ensure students are challenged appropriately at each stage of their training. These classes are ideal for dancers looking to advance their tap technique, expand their musical understanding, and continue growing as confident and versatile performers.
