Whether you’re stepping into the studio for the first time or returning to dance after a break, our Adult Hip Hop class offers a fun, energetic, and welcoming environment for adults of all experience levels.

Offered in 3-month sessions, this class focuses on learning foundational hip hop technique, grooves, footwork, musicality, and choreography while building confidence, coordination, strength, and endurance. Dancers will explore a variety of hip hop styles and movement concepts through engaging combinations designed to challenge and inspire without feeling overwhelming.

Each session allows students to progressively build skills and develop greater comfort with movement, rhythm, and performance quality. Classes emphasize self-expression, fitness, and having fun while creating a supportive atmosphere where dancers can learn at their own pace.

Whether you’re looking for a creative outlet, a great workout, or the chance to learn something new, Adult Hip Hop is the perfect place to move, connect, and enjoy the energy of dance. No prior experience is required—just bring comfortable clothes, clean sneakers, and a willingness to have fun!
