Our Adult Ballet: Strength & Conditioning class is designed for adults of all experience levels who want to enjoy the beauty of ballet while improving strength, flexibility, balance, and overall fitness. Whether you are new to ballet, returning after time away, or looking to supplement your current training, this class offers a welcoming and supportive environment for every dancer.
Classes combine foundational ballet technique with targeted strength and conditioning exercises to help develop proper alignment, core stability, muscular endurance, flexibility, and body awareness. Through barre work, center exercises, and conditioning sequences, students will improve posture, coordination, balance, and movement quality while building the strength needed to support healthy dance technique.
This class emphasizes personal growth, fitness, and artistry rather than performance, allowing participants to progress at their own pace while enjoying the physical and mental benefits of dance.
