Our Preparatory Dance classes are designed for focused and motivated students who are ready for a more structured dance experience and want to further develop their technique, artistry, and performance skills.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Ballet provides the foundation for all styles of dance through grace, precision, discipline, and formalized technique. Lyrical classes build on those fundamentals while emphasizing balance, strength, flexibility, and emotional expression through movement. Students participate in warm-ups, center work, and combinations across the floor while learning to connect movement with the music and lyrics to enhance performance quality.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
These classes are designed for students with a longer attention span who are ready to spend additional time refining technique and strengthening foundational skills. The Preparatory Program also serves as an important stepping stone into our leveled and advanced training programs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Students receive high-quality instruction from experienced faculty who are committed to helping each dancer reach their full potential while fostering a lifelong love of dance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Director approval is required for placement in leveled and Preparatory classes.
