This 1/2-hour class introduces the wonderful world of dance and movement. The program includes rhythm, flexibility, balance, coordination, and creativity through song and creative interpretations.
Option 1 – Monday and Wednesday – 4:45 – 5:15pm
Option 2 – Tuesday and Thursday – 5:30 – 6:00pm
